THE ROLE
As Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue through international group incentive business while also nurturing relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain our brand’s reputation for excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and support the proactive sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals across Group, Event, and Nobu Catering services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, particularly within the international group incentive market.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures, ensuring profitability and alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build strong client relationships through site visits, meetings, and proactive engagement.
- Oversee external sales partnerships, including ALHI, to maximize lead generation and return on investment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and drive bookings.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic insights.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in international sales, key account management, and revenue growth strategies.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- A deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market, particularly in London.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
