£35-40K, OTE £55-75K

The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a Store Manager on behalf of a leading sofa and furniture retailer. Base salary £35-40K, guaranteed & uncapped commission plus bonus package, £55-75K OTE.

Brief job description:

My client is a reputable UK brand selling high quality sofas and furniture.

This position is a showroom-based Store Manager role, responsible for a furniture retail showroom site, personally selling to customers and leading and managing a small sales team to achieve targets and KPI’s.

Furniture experience and a demonstratable history or clear understanding in visual merchandising and delivering outstanding displays on the showroom floor, would be useful.

My client is open seven days a week so flexibility regarding working Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, is required, with 1 weekend in 5 off. In return you will receive a competitive base salary plus guaranteed, generous commission and bonuses.
