As a Multi Skilled Engineer you will collaborate with colleagues to inspire customer satisfaction and best in class service delivery at all times. Be an ambassador of a one team approach within the technical operations team.

Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for servicing and maintaining all types of work undertaken within Service Level Agreements. Multi skilled with electrical core competence.
Maintaining and repairing all building services equipment, which may include motor control panels, PAT testing, distribution systems, single and three-phase switchgear, small power and lighting, emergency lighting systems, emergency power systems.
To be fully conversant with electrical isolation and test requirements
Service and maintain plant and equipment associated with building services systems.
Active involvement in day-to-day operations of building services plant and equipment.
Fault finding on building services equipment.
Carry out/assist in all minor new works including system installations and refurbishments as required.
Carry out basic maintenance on electrical distribution systems, lighting, hot and cold water systems, and plumbing services
including knowledge of water hygiene.
Prepare detailed reports/technical. Communications on work carried out and submit to contracts manager/client as required.Essential Experience
5+ years experience in a similar building environment
Either a mechanical OR electrical biased.
Broad technical knowledge and understanding of FM and building systems
Relevant qualification in Electrical field
