Senior Recruitment Consultant

Salary negotiable - Dependant on experience

Stafforce are looking for a Dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established team based in Southampton. As part of our Ports Division, the role will be to promote our recruitment and training services across the South Coast Ports.

This position would suit an ambitious recruitment Consultant or a sales professional who can demonstrate the below skills & knowledge;

- Previous Business Development experience

- Experience of working within the Recruitment Industry

- Ability to forge business relationships

- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills

The consultant will be responsible for;

- Identifying new business opportunities

- Perform agreed sales activity & achieve financial targets

- Ensure candidate pool is managed effectively

- Admin tasks inclusive of payroll & candidate engagement

- Servicing of clients and ensuring the staff requested are placed swiftly
