Warehouse Operative - £12.50 - £13.50 per hour - Halstead - temporary to permanent

Temporary to permanent opportunity

Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30 am to 1:30 pm on Fridays

Immediate start available

28 days annual leave pro rata

Duties:

• Preparing and packing orders for collection/dispatch
• Completing and dispatches logging on the system
• Receiving, unloading and locating deliveries
• Restocking locations
• Loading vehicles with dispatch goods
• Reporting any discrepancies observed within stock or paperwork
• Assist in stock movements to and from machinery
• Daily safety checks
• Operating a forklift as required
• Operating scanners for stock movements and other tasks

The Person:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Able to commit to a temporary to permanent position
• PC literate
• Able to work in a fast paced environment that involves picking and packing duties
