The Role:

• Manage remortgage files from start to finish.
• Meet targets for timely progression.
• Handle complex tasks independently.
• Provide excellent service to clients and partners.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulations.
• Mentor Trainee Case Managers.

You will have:

• Approximately 2+ years of experience in a remortgage case management role.​
• An enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently.​
• A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.​
• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and numerical skills.​
