As a Commis Chef at the Ham Yard Hotel, you will have the opportunity to work across various sections of the kitchen, gaining invaluable experience and honing your culinary skills. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes to the highest standards.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with our quality guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with senior chefs to learn and develop new recipes and techniques.
• Contribute to the smooth running of kitchen operations in a high-energy environment.

What you Need:

• Experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a passion for food.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
