About the Role:As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Manage and oversee the financial aspects of multiple groundworks projects.
- Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasting.
What We're Looking For:- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the groundworks or civil engineering sector.
- Knowledge of residential groundworks is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including cost management tools.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Full UK driving license.
