£25 per hour (Inside IR35)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Training & Development Specialist to join their team

Job Description

As Training & Development Specialist, your main responsibilities are:

• Within Product Development Workshops:
  • Coordinating training
  • Maintaining a skills matrix for teams
  • Provide technical expertise, for future training needs
  • Collate, manipulate and interpret data, to inform skills gap

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Experience of workshop and test facility operations
• 3+ years of training coordination or similar role
• Experience of developing & maintaining training matrixes
• Background of working in a manufacturing or workshop environment
• A full UK driving license
