Stafforce are proud to be working in partnership with Donaldson Filters and are currently recruiting for Forklift Driver to join their team in Hull, Sutton Fields Industrial Estate (HU7 area). This is full time ongoing position with temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehousing operating forklifts and must have recognised Counterbalance, Reach Truck and PPT (Power Pallet Truck) licences refreshed within last 3 years. If you have only Reach and Counterbalance licences, we will be still able to consider you for a position.
Working hours will be on either permanent days: from 7.00 am till 3.00 pm Mon - Thu and from 7.00 am till 12.30 pm on Fri or permanent lates: from 3.00 pm till 11.00 pm Mon - Thu and 12.30 pm till 6.00 pm on Fri.
Start date/Duration
We have immediate start available but if you need to work your notice period, we can work around it. It is long term on-going position with term to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

The role:
· Loading and unloading vehicles
· Locating goods into the warehouse system
· Stacking goods in correct storage bays
· Shipping
· Marshalling
· Feeding production lines
· Communication between production and warehouse
· Performing daily equipment checks and following H&S rules
· Following instructions given
· Performing additional duties within warehouse to ensure the effective performance of the site's operation
· Keeping warehouses and surrounding grounds clean and tidy
The successful candidate:
· Previous experience in warehouse environment operating forklifts
· Must have been tested/re-tested on Counterbalance, Reach Truck and PPT (Power Pallet Truck) within the last 3 years.
· Excellent level of verbal and written English
· Able to use computer to a reasonable standard
· A positive attitude to work and willingness to learn
· Self-motivated, driven, Punctual and reliable
· Flexibility to work across various shifts
