What do you need to be a Junior Sous Chef? Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting the Head Chef to complete all elements of Kitchen operation involved within our iasg Restaurant. Our Junior Sous Chef will ensure that all food prepared in a timely manner to the highest quality and that the guest expectations are consistently exceeded in line with a Kimpton stay.
