About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Care Quality team and help lead a fast-paced and dynamic brokerage service in the Barnet Adult Social Care department.

The main focus of the brokerage is to support vulnerable people in the community and facilitate safe discharges from hospital, through organising, negotiating and purchasing care services, such as domiciliary care and care home placements, for people with varied and complex needs whilst ensuring value for money.

This role is responsible for supervising a number of brokerage officers and a particular area of care services within the brokerage service, working closely with the service manager and other leads.
