As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional bar and food service to our discerning guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining consistently high standards of service throughout all areas of the hotel
• Overseeing and guiding the team to ensure efficient operations and smooth service flow
• Attention to detail in every aspect of service, from table settings to guest preferences
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment
• Sharing your enthusiasm for hospitality and inspiring others to deliver their best
• Upholding our commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times

What you Need:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality environment
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations
• Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
