Slug & Lettuce, Birmingham is a flagship venue in the Slug & Lettuce portfolio, situated in the bustling Brindley Place complex just off Broad Street. With its prime location near the Utilita Arena and Birmingham Symphony Hall, and surrounded by thousands of offices, S&L Brindley Place enjoys constant foot traffic from eventgoers and locals alike.

This large, single-floor venue has recently undergone a significant investment and now boasts a stunning, modern design. It’s thoughtfully divided into various zones to maximise both brunch trade and private hire opportunities. With two bars, including one dedicated to cocktail masterclasses, the business offers plenty of opportunities for pre-booked events. S&L Brindley Place thrives all day long, adapting to different crowds—from office workers during the week to high-energy partygoers at night.

We are searching for a dynamic, people-focused General Manager to lead, inspire, and motivate the team to reach peak performance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume food and drink sales in a branded operation, fostering a collaborative environment, and maintaining the highest operational standards while driving success across all aspects of the business.
