Craftsperson Painter

Salary: £30,510 per year

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Norfolk & surrounding areas

We are looking for a Craftsperson Painter to provide a cyclical painting service for all properties owned by Orwell and for properties identified in Orwell Painting Contracts.

Key responsibilities:

As part of this role, your key responsibilities will be to…

• Carry out internal and external decorating within agreed timescales and in accordance with Orwell's property service standards.
• Ensure that the working area is cleared of any debris/materials once the work has been completed.
• Be responsible for keeping chemical and paint storage facilities tidy, and locked. Assisting with maintaining stock levels and organising storage areas.
• Carry out all minor pre-painting repairs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues throughout Orwell to ensure the delivery of the organisation's visions, values and objectives.

Qualifications…

• NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent, is desirable

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is required
