A little bit about the opportunity…
Slug & Lettuce Doncaster is situated on Hall Gate in the centre of town, where the street has a number of other Pubs, Bars and Clubs.
It has a one bar operation with front and rear outside areas. Our customers join us for morning coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner, we can cater for whatever their needs. We boast a lively and friendly atmosphere and have big brunch trade at the weekends.
Slug & Lettuce Doncaster has modern and stylish dining areas and fantastic birdcage booths.
We are looking for a dynamic Manager with experience in a similar type of business. The site requires a General Manager who will continue to build on the foundations already in place to drive this business to the next level.
