About the
roleThis role plays
a key role in enabling the smooth-running of Security projects by supporting
portfolio, document and programme management activities and cycles.
As Security
Document Coordinator, will you’ll provide project and business administration
support including commercial, procedural and compliance activity in the
development and delivery of Security improvements at all Drax Hydro sites.
You’ll be
responsible for the management and control of all security related
documentation, such as commercial contracts, permits and financing
documentation. Under the direction of your line manager, you’ll also monitor
procedural compliance for the whole team.
This role will
also support the team with the gating review preparation, reporting and
coordination of resources, information, meetings and governance.
Who we’re
looking for Ideally, you’ll
have a background working within a project or cyber/ engineering delivery
environment. You’ll need strong administrative and information/ data management
experience. The ability to understand technical drawings is highly
beneficial.
IT skills are
essential, particularly with Microsoft Office products. We use SharePoint and
Visio, so experience with these will set you up for success.
This role
requires strong attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. You’ll need to be able to produce accurate work to
tight timescales.
You’ll
demonstrate interpersonal, persuasion and communication skills to facilitate
liaison with both internal and external stakeholders. This will be
coupled with the ability to build positive relationships internally and
externally.
