An opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant has arisen to join our East Yorkshire Hub as we continue to expand!

The Basics:
Basic salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped monthly bonus!
Hours Mon: Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Town Centre, Hull

Essential requirements:
- Full UK Driving licence and own transport
As a Recruitment Consultant (360) you will be responsible for the growth of existing and new business with aspects of both Recruitment Consultancy and Sales in your job role.
The purpose of your role in a nut shell:
- Generate a customer base
- Service the customer - (recruit for them)
- Repeat and earn commission
Key responsibilities include:
- Securing and developing new business
- Increasing growth in existing client base
- Developing an excellent understanding of clients, their industry, their work culture and environment
- Candidate attraction, management and retention
- Cross selling and effectively promoting our added services
- Ensuring that levels of satisfaction amongst all clients are exceeded
