Salary: £38,092 - £42,389 per annum

You’ll ensure the service delivers first class administrative and project support to our Social Work teams, enabling them to deliver essential services to Younger Adults so they can live long, happy and independent lives.

In this varied role you’ll use your successful line management experience to support, develop and direct an administrative team, overseeing their workloads and developing and maintaining an excellent customer service culture.

Along with a proven track record of managing and developing a large administrative service, you’ll have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills that you’ll use to develop and maintain an extensive range of contacts both internally and externally, to support strategic and operational activities. Our Business Support Manager must have a flexible approach to changing demands and priorities, and you’ll therefore enjoy working as part of a team, collaborating and supporting others, to ensure service excellence.

You’ll use your project management experience to lead and support continuous improvement activities, supporting innovation and championing new systems and ways of working. Confident using Microsoft Office, you’ll use your skills in Excel to access, collate and analyse data, and Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio to prepare presentations and documentation. With good organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, you’ll play a key role supporting the team to provide excellent administrative support to fulfil key Younger Adult services business needs.
