We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing operative for our well established client in Lincoln.

This role is for an aerospace company in Lincoln. you will be assisting in the manufacturing process and ensuring the smooth operation of production lines.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday night shifts 6pm - 6am

Duties

- Assembling components or products

- Monitoring the production process to identify malfunctions

- Performing quality control checks on products

- Maintaining a clean and organised work space

Experience

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
