Role Overview:
The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing materials and managing supplier relationships for residential groundworks projects. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Your expertise in residential groundworks will be key to identifying the best resources, negotiating contracts, and supporting the team in achieving project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials specific to residential groundworks, ensuring high quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Buyer in residential groundworks or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of materials and logistics for groundwork construction.
• Excellent negotiation skills and an eye for cost-effective purchasing.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
