Located on High Street, Slug and Lettuce in Bedford is the perfect hotspot, right across from the bustling market, theatre, and bus station. We're looking for a General Manager to keep the energy high, champion our brunches, and boost weekend excitement.

Your mission? Make this the ultimate party place in Bedford! Plus, with the Riverside Festival bringing in over 60,000 visitors, there's a huge opportunity to welcome even more guests to our lively venue.

Slug and Lettuce is a vibrant, single-story haven with distinct zones for brunches and large gatherings. We’ve got a spacious bar for peak hours and a dance floor ready for guests to groove the night away. This place is set to shine both as a daytime dining destination and a late-night hotspot.
