What will you be doing?

As the dealership's Aftersales Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an excellent level of customer service, face-to-face, via email and telephone.
  • Liaising with both the Service and Parts departments to assist them in achieving their objectives.
  • Diary management.
  • Dealing with incoming calls from Service and Parts customers.
  • Updating customers on the status of their vehicles and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • All associated administration including data entry and maintaining systems accurately and in line with Company policy.
Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will:

  • Ideally have Service and/or Parts experience (an advantage, but not essential as we can teach you!)
  • Possess strong administration skills and display excellent attention to detail.
  • Have previous customer service experience and be customer focused.
  • Demonstrate great computer skills.
  • Be process driven and have a positive, 'right first time' attitude.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be methodical and organised in their approach to their workload with an ability to multi-task within a busy department.
  • Have a great team player mentality.
  • Previous experience working within the motor trade would be advantageous for this role.
