About the Role:

On behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable waste management company, we are recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers to join their growing team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for drivers with previous experience in the waste management industry to take on a stable and rewarding position with a focus on safety, efficiency, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class 2 vehicles to collect and transport waste materials.
• Conduct vehicle checks before and after shifts to ensure roadworthiness and compliance.
• Follow designated routes and schedules to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Load and unload waste, either manually or using appropriate equipment.
• Adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain clear and accurate records, including route logs and incident reports.
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients and customers.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) License with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating Class 2 vehicles in a professional setting.
• Prior experience working in the waste management sector is essential.
• A strong understanding of health and safety protocols in waste transportation.
• Physically capable of manual work, including lifting and handling waste materials.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work early shifts, overtime, or occasional weekends as required.
